Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Viktor Ledin – Toonmoment, Von-Humboldt-Straße 11, 97688 Bad Kissingen, email: info@toonmoment.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the “Withdraw from contract” button at the bottom of every page of our website (https://toonmoment.com/en/withdraw-contract/). If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay, containing the content of your notice and the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts on digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we provided you with a confirmation of the contract recording your consent and acknowledgement (§ 356(5) BGB).

Gift cards: when buying a gift card, the right of withdrawal does not expire early; the withdrawal period is fourteen days from conclusion of the contract. If the gift card has already been (partly) redeemed for a video during this time, we refund the unredeemed amount in case of withdrawal; the gift card code is then blocked.

What this means for your order: if you agree to an immediate start when ordering, we send the order confirmation right after payment and then automatically start creating your video. From that moment your right of withdrawal has expired. Your statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected.
