Gift card questions
How long is the gift card valid?
Until the end of the third year after purchase – a gift card bought in 2026 is valid until 31 Dec 2029.
Does the video have to match the gift card?
No. The card shows the video you bought it for, but it works for any video. For a pricier video only the difference is paid; any remaining value stays on the code.
When does the gift card arrive?
Right after payment by email. If you have it sent straight to them, you can pick a date – it then arrives at 8 am that day.
Can I print the gift card?
Yes. The email contains a link to a print view – print it on A5 or save it as a PDF.
Can I return a gift card?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase via “Withdraw from contract”, as long as it hasn't been redeemed.
