Will the characters really look like us?
Yes – that's why we create your cartoon avatars from your photos first. You see them before paying and can regenerate them up to 3 times for free, e.g. with a hint like “hair a bit longer”.
Which photos do I need?
1–3 well-lit photos per person with the face clearly visible, ideally from the front and slightly from the side, no sunglasses. For cars: side, front and rear.
May I upload photos of other people?
Only if that person agrees. When uploading you confirm this for every person individually. Children under 16 need their parents' consent. We don't create videos of celebrities or people who haven't consented.
What happens to our photos?
They are used only for your video, stored in the EU and deleted no later than 30 days after delivery. We only show a video as an example if you explicitly allow it.
How long does it take?
Usually 72 hours after payment.
Which format will I get?
An MP4 in Full HD, vertical 9:16 – perfect for phones, WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok. A landscape version for TV or projector is available as an extra (included with the wedding video).
Can I request changes?
One round of small corrections such as names, texts or details is included. And if we make a mistake, we fix it for free, of course.
Can I return the video?
Every video is made just for you, so at your request we start right after payment – which ends the right of withdrawal. There are no returns, but you see your avatars for free beforehand and get one round of corrections included.
Is this AI?
Yes. We use AI tools for images, motion and voices – story, direction and editing are done by us. Videos are labelled as AI-generated.
