FAQ
Can I send my own joke?
Absolutely – just add it to your story. Without one, we'll pick a classic that fits.
Is it suitable for kids?
Yes, tell us in the order form and we'll keep the humour family-friendly.
Will the characters really look like us?
Yes – that's why we create your cartoon avatars from your photos first. You see them before paying and can regenerate them up to 3 times for free, e.g. with a hint like “hair a bit longer”.
Which photos do I need?
1–3 well-lit photos per person with the face clearly visible, ideally from the front and slightly from the side, no sunglasses. For cars: side, front and rear.
May I upload photos of other people?
Only if that person agrees. When uploading you confirm this for every person individually. Children under 16 need their parents' consent. We don't create videos of celebrities or people who haven't consented.
What happens to our photos?
They are used only for your video, stored in the EU and deleted no later than 30 days after delivery. We only show a video as an example if you explicitly allow it.
